Hello All,
I have now enabled avatars on the site which you can add in your user control panel.
Now there are size limits for these avatars, so I have found a website that you can use to resize any picture that you would like to use as an avatar. Here is what you need to do.
1. Go to the below web site (obviously) and click the browse button and select your picture that you would like to use as your avatar.

2. Once you have selected your picture, click "Quick Resize" under the browse button.
3. Under "Choose New Size" select the custom option, change Percent to Pixels and enter 120 in the box.
4. Now you just about done, (If you like you can choose a special effect but there all shit so I wouldnt bother  ) next click the "Resize Pic" button and when its dont click save to disk and save it wherever you like.
Now you have a little pic that you will be able to use as an avatar  , wasnt that easy peasy boobie squeesy.
